change loop region

Hi Waveformers, In Waveform Pro 12, Was there a way to instantly change the loop playback region based on the selected clip's position? Maybe I'm overlooking something, but I find it inconvenient...

I'm still on 11.5 but assuming nothing has changed, the keyboard shortcut A will set the region to match the selected clip. and keyboard shortcut L will then toggle loop on and off

I was focused on menu items all the time.
"A" keyboard shortcuts was helpful.
