Yes, you can chose the channel mode in Melda plugins here:
and in the MAnalyzer you can then maybe chose the channel to show here:

Thanks, yes that seems to do it. I find that the naming of 'Left and right' here rather confusing as it doesn't change with the channel mode. Also it seems in MMultiAnalyzer, these settings are not available.
