synchronizing with vst plugins

HI all,
I have a problem - from time to time (i have not figured out yet the reason) mulab starts to sent the synchronization with implemented into project vst plugins with time shift -before the real beat or after. So i place the note from the bar start - it does not play, i place it in 1/32 before the bar start - it plays (1/32 earlier then bar starts sure). Save/load project (even with mulab restart) does not help - it saves bug somewhere with file. the backup made when everything was ok plays normally. and it shifts different plugins with different shift - forward or backward - it completely dissynchronize the arp plugins.
What could help here? mulab 8.7.4, w10.

I need a simple project that repeats the issue every time again.
Preferably only a single (freeware) VST plugin and not dependent on external audio files.
Can you share such project? (best to zip it)
