I wonder why Elka-X does not support MPE like the other polyphonic Cherry synths. A voice per channel behavior would be sufficient already. I hope it will be added in an update…
Are there thoughts to support the CLAP format eventually? It really opens up a lot in Bitwig…

The implementation of MPE did not work well with with the layered/split architecture, sequencers, and arps of Elka-X. It is unlikely it will be added as there is very little demand for it. But we’ll continue to evaluate the suitability of MPE for future synths on a case by case basis.
We have looked at the CLAP initiative and are keeping an eye on whether or not there is enough industry momentum to consider dedicating resources to it. No plans to announce at this time.
