I notice that the download page mentions that version 16 "Includes 32-bit and 64-bit plugins".

Is this intentional?

I am under the impression the 32bit plugins have been dropped in v16 going forward.

In fact, under “Changes”, it states “Also note that V16 no longer provides 32-bit plugins on Windows”.
