The installer crashes on my M1 mac right after I click "exit". Would you like the crash report?

Could it be related to
Fix: Uninstaller could crash on macOS.

My M1 also had a crash after (successful) install - crashed while exiting. Actually the last rc did the same on both my M1 and Intel Macs, but the final version was released so fast that I never got to report it. Now the Intel Mac installed fine, but still the crash on M1.

I've reported the same...install is ok, but with a crash on "exit".../s~

MturboReverb has some wrong settings in some of the devices: haven't checked all of them, just out of my head:
1. Cobalt Plate -> fully wet = silence
2. Warm Hall & Concrete Room HPF is applied to the dry signal.

I didn't like how the installer made folders such as "Reverb" "Distortion" in my VST2 folder instead of putting them all into an overarching "Melda" folder. The older installers did that and it's much cleaner.

I'm having problems with Melda showing up in Reaper and Reason on win10. I had the 16 beta installed and when I opened a project all the Melda plugins were unavailable in the project? The dll and installation files were still there.
So I downloaded the newest version and it installed fine but It doesn't show up in Reaper and in Reason it says "Unknown" in the developer section in Reasons plugin manager and the plugins don't show in Reaper as available plugins either. I did a fresh install and still no luck. Very strange.

On an M1 and getting ready to upgrade from v15 to v16, and recommendations on optimal installation method? Just install v16 and see how it goes? I recall thinking when going from 14 to 15 that there must be an optimal way to upgrade. Perhaps I'm overthinking it?

Also happy to do some further testing to help isolate the previously reported M1 crash on exit ... or test a fix if it's been patched.
