Updating Pro 12.1.1 on Windows 10 via the Download Manager didn't work.

I just opened Waveform (Pro) and went to the updates page and Download Manager. It said I have 12.1.1 installed, which is odd, because I thought I'd installed 12.1.3 a few days ago. Anyway, I went through the option to update to 12.1.3. It all went nicely and said it had installed 12.1.3. When I restarted it, it says it's 12.1.1.

I've downloaded 12.1.3 by hand from the website and installed that by hand and it says it's 12.1.3 when I start it.
