Hi.

I am using WF12.
Recently, when I input a drum track using a step clip, I am having trouble because the sound does not come out irregularly :(

It seems less frequent when using WF11 or MIDI Clip.
I was using Windows 11, but I did a clean install of Windows 10, but it didn't change.

I tested with Addictive Drums 2 and MT Power Drum Kit 2 with the same result.

I'm using a Dell Desktop PC (Inspiron 3470 / Intel i3-8100 / 32GB memory).

Anyone know the cause?

WF12 step clips have a new feature: probability. Each note has a velocity (the V button shows it) and a probability (the P button shows it). That might be the cause, although it should never happen in WF11 or MIDI clips.

It works great when you want to randomize some 16ths. It works terribly when you don't know it even exists and it seems like something is broken.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

Thank you pough!
seems to have been resolved :tu:

I've been a user since Traction v1 and didn't realize this option was added. (I'm not good at English  )

Perhaps I intended to enter Velocity and accidentally clicked P button to enter :dog: :dog:

But the trouble is, when I press the wrong button again, it's hard to notice.
I often copy step clips and remake them a little, so if I input it unintentionally, it's hard to correct.

I would like an option to "hide the P button" or "change all probabilities to 100%" :hihi:

I will be careful not to click the P button in the future!

Thank you very much.

I'm happy that it worked out! Your English is very good.
