Pretty much what it says on the tin here, I have made some pretty nice sounding (and mix helping) presets across a bunch of Melda plugins. I would rather port them across but I don't know where to look or find them.

If the presets are the only important stuff, open any preset window and use backup features 
If you want to copy literally everything, copy this:
Windows: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\MeldaProduction
Mac: /Users/{username}/Library/Application support/MeldaProduction
