Why is Waveform closing the plugin editor when rendering?

I am developing a visualizer plugin (openGL), and when I want to render : -> my plugin is closed and so is the openGL context.

Prior to FLStudio20, Image-line did the same. Is there any reason for that?

Maybe an option on plugin level to stop this behaviour?
