I just updated my Melda plugins to v16.01, as I wanted to try out a couple of new ones. Now I can't play any of my existing Reaper sessions that use MEqualizer. I use this plugin A LOT, so I need a fix for this asap....

You might try rescanning your vst's within Reaper preferences. Also clear the plugin cache while you're there.
