serial on surface pro

i just tried to enter my hive2 license on my surface pro running win10.
it just doesnt accept it, no matter what i do. i put it in manually. i put it in per copypasta from the email. always the same popup with the hint to properly put the serial in.
i too let me send the licenses and theres a strange username in it which is neitehr my full name nor my email adress

is there somethinmg screwed with the servers?

ok,
theres something def with the license server or whatever.
i just found a old email with a diffrent serial than the recently sent one not 20mins ago. and the old worked
