Suggestion: Add different filters to Resonator in MSF

Resonator currently comes with 2 filters within the feedback path, the low pass and all pass filters. Both are very useful for physical modelling. I'd like to suggest a few upgrades to the module which could unlock a lot of experimental sound design options.

1. Add the option to change the filter types of the filters in the feedback loop. The normal filters in the "Filter" module would be great. MTurboFilter could even be added if you wanna go crazy.
2. Add additional filter slots to the feedback loop.
3. Add filter routing options for the multiple filters (eg. series, parallel).
