Hi, I hope you are doing well
I'm trying to figure out how to play a loop "infinitely" that will not stop when I press the stop button of my daw. Something like the noise layers in tape piano from Thenathan.
I added this group that is triggered by a button (trigger a note function), what settings should I use?
Thanks for your time.

You have to create samples with loop points, the best editor to do that is Edison from image line

You can't set samples to play infinitely in Maize. But like QuietMusic said, you can set loops points and then set a very long release. 20 seconds seems to be the max release in Maize.
More tips for noise layers is to set the sample as Static Pitch and Static Velocity to avoid the noise payer pitching up and down the keys or playing at different levels. Also set a Choke Cluster to avoid the noise layers building up in volume if you play chords.
