log files saving to desktop

how do i stop this or at least get it not to write to my desktop every time i quit mux:
'User folder C:\Program Files\VstPlugIns\MUX (64 bit)\User\ does not exist'

yes, I know about that but was hoping there was a way of stopping the log files writing to desktop. I can only use1 vst 2 folder in ableton and have 32 bit plug ins converted to work in 64 bit host, so will have to convert them all again if I move them to a new folder.

If you install it in a non-writable folder the issue is not only about the issue being logged, but also any of your user settings cannot be saved. I assume you have to re-enter your user key too every time, no?

key was fine. I have created new vst folder and converted files etc an after bit of a faff an this time requiring key input again, all is fine. thanks for getting back to me
