Hi! Please, where can I find freezed waveforms on Windows. Or better. Can I manage those freezed waveforms within the Waveform (heh) 12 itself? Thank you.

Could you explain what you mean by "freezed waveforms"? I suspect you're referring to what are known as samples. A sample can be any sound at all and, often musical in nature. There are many sources of samples and some of these are free to use.

In Waveform, you can place a Freeze point within plugins. It means, anything before the point (signal wise) will get "frozen". Waveform will "render" all those plugins into a wave (sample) and disables them. By doing this, you can free CPU for another tasks. But I can't find tle location of these frozen tracks. I don't know whether those waveforms get deleted automatically if I unfreeze a track. Or whether I can manage those files anyhow.

Got it. I know about the freezing between plug-ins, but didn't immediately twig that that was what you were referring to.UnionS8 wrote: Fri Dec 02, 2022 4:06 pm In Waveform, you can place a Freeze point within plugins. Try this, more or less: C:\Users\UnionSB\AppData\Roaming\Tracktion\Waveform\Temporary\
