For some reason, not all plugins are in MSF :(, but there is a trick you can do: Load a MXXX module in FX section, and then load AutoPitch in it.

The fancy GUIs rely on multi-paramters. However, when included as an FX into MSoundFactory (and MXXX), those multi-parameters are omitted since MSF already has its own multi-parameters.

For some plugins, there's also a version with the suffix 'Ex' which includes the fancy GUIs, but not for all.

And then there are some Turbo-plugins which only come in the fancy GUI (easy screen) version.

Why some plugins have an Ex version and some don't, I don't know.

So it's a shame that some modules don't have the fancy GUIs like their standalone (vst) versions. At least for visual reasons, this contradicts the modularity of MSoundFactory, because if I want a fancy GUI everywhere where it is possible, I have to use a separate plugin (eg MMorph). And when I want to insert some next effect from MSoundFactory after this MMorph, I have to load either MXXX instance or another separate vst plugin.
I think you're supposed to create a new fancy GUI for the instrument you're making in MSF. Once you're done, you can leave the edit screen of MSF and use your new GUI.

Well, here's the thing - in MSF and MXXX I generally prefer performance. You may have noticed that some of the modules have some "Ex" extensions (e.g. DynamicsEx). The "Ex" one is the full plugin with everything in it. The "not Ex" doesn't have most of the subsystems - multiparameters, modulators etc., hence also no easy screen. If it would, it would require way more memory & CPU, so this is a huge optimization. In specific cases I added the Ex version when it made sense and the devices where essential for the plugin. But honestly I'm not sure if say Unison is the case.
