can Mdrumreplacer be used with mouth drum ?

MDrumReplacer is just looking for a transient which means you can use pretty much any percussive sound. So yes, you can 'sing' the drum part. However, I would try the demo to be sure it works with the sounds you're making.

Yes. But note that any replacing requires some serious latency, so it will be kinda impractical.
