Hi everyone... is it normal for U-He to take a very long time to send you your serial number after purchase? I bought a couple synths a week ago via the NI sale, redeemed the codes NI sent me that same day on the U-He site, and so far haven't received anything at all from them in terms of email (I checked spam etc.). Is it not an automated process when purchasing? I've also contacted U-He support and haven't heard anything there either.

No I got mine immediately. Did you check spam? You can also try re-delivering the licenses to you here I think: https://u-he.com/my-licenses/

Always good to write to us directly when you're not receiving something, no need to wait a week in vain.
As Fannon says, simply repeat the redeem procedure, these days our servers experience very heavy traffic, sorry for that, but it's the exception from what it's like the rest of the year.

Also, if you don't hear back from our support within one or two days, it's likely your email provider blocking our mails.

I purchased Diva and Hive in th NI sale and got my codes straight away from u-he.

Please do not share your registration codes from resellers in a public forum like this. Someone else might just take them.

We do have a great support team -> support at u-he dot com <- which can deal with such information.
