Air expansion pack3 keeps prompting for activation in Cubase12 pro

I don't know why it keeps wanting to reactivate a plugin when I open up a project in cubase. I've had the expansion pack3 for years and now and it repeatedly prompts for an activation. I tried entering an old code but it says it's outdated..ant suggestions?
