[Linux] Waveform 12. Mandatory extensions for amd64 architecture.

This is the list of mandatory extensions needed to run Waveform 12 on Linux.

Because of that on CPU like AMD Phenom II, the Linux build of Waveform 12 will not run. However the Windows build of Waveform12 run with WineHQ.

I consider this to be a regression on the Linux build waiting for a developer explanation.
