Ample Guitar Strummer not playing full chord

When playing the second sequence after the first one, the next chord to play wont play the 5th string. But when starting from the second sequence it will play it. How do i ge it to play the full chord? Its the full version of Ample Guitar TC btw. The chord is D#major9

In order to play the full chord, you have to use "Down Bass (C4)" instead of "Down Treble (D4)" in the pattern.
