The demo is essentially unlimited without any interruptions (white noise, dropouts etc). You are just greeted with a purchase popup when you open it.

Or... the one included in their legacy bundle (V3) is totally free and regarding surgical eq should be quite good anyway.

This is true within the plugin itself. You can get around this by just saving your presets within the DAW itself.
