I have a few plugins that are vst3 only. I started using DDMF Metaplugin and it worked no problem at first. However, once I closed the project and re-opened it Metaplugin was no longer passing audio through to Mulab. I could see in the synth (Pigments) that it was receiving the midi data. I checked all the connections and everything looked fine. I just assumed there was an issue with Metaplugin so I moved on to Elements. Now that is doing the same thing as well. Any ideas? I'm using 9.0.59

Just thinking loud: Nothing has changed in MuLabs VST engine recently and on top of that if it would be on MuLab's side then i'd expect many other VST plugs to suffer from it too, no?
So my first suspicion goes to the wrapper plugin itself.
Can't you monitor the audio inside the wrapper plugin to diagnose things?

DDMF actually sounds better then Bluecats IMO, it sounds like it sends the signal through cleaner, but it seems wonky. It just stops working for me sometimes. A few of the bluecat plugins will pass a VST3 through. Patchwork of course, but also Late reply's and MB-7. If you cant get DDMF to cooperate. You could give a demo version a try.

This is definitely an issue with Metaplugin. Pigments doesn't even show up with a midi input anymore. MPowerSynth seems to work consistently. Toneboosters Flowtones works fine the first time but not after the project has been closed and re-opened. The keyboard in Flowtones plays fine but it's not receiving (or recognizing) any midi input. Very strange.
