Is this possible?? I.e. with the clip launcer like in Ableton or Bitwig, that I route the Midi output from one track into Mulab and can record independent from the loop of the DAW??

Do you want to record the DAW MIDI coming into MuLab or do you want to record MuLab's internal MIDI?

The Event Recorder module is the tool to use, but i noticed an issue when using it independently from any composer module. Working on it...

How to record sequenced MIDI from your host DAW into MuLab 9 Plugin:
- If you have already installed MuLab Plugin 9.0.59 then update to MuLab Plugin 9.1.7, see viewtopic.php?p=8661612#p8661612
- Now open your favorite DAW and insert MuLab Plugin 9.1.7.
- Open the attached project in MuLab Plugin, it presets a couple of things so that MuLab Plugin is ready to record MIDI from the DAW.
- Click the main record button at the top of the composer in MuLab Plugin.
- Start playing your host. That will also start recording in MuLab Plugin.
- When finished stop your host or stop MuLab Plugin. Recorded MIDI clip is there.
