Would it be possible to add a phase offset to the modulation of a parameter by an LFO? What I'd like to do is to modulate the amplitude of the partials in the additive synth by the same LFO but with different phases, creating a sort of Mexican wave effect. I know this can be done with separate LFOs for each partial but this is resource intensive and limited to the number of available LFOs. I'm thinking this could be implemented as a simple delay.

Well, honestly not sure about this, performance & resource optimization is key here and this would be a big hog.
