TL:DR:
I want to build a soundbank that "emulates" a 90's ROMpler synth:
What's the best way to use PCM samples and custom Wavetables in Omnisphere?

Introduction
In my eternal search for an easy way to "emulate" my old Ensoniq SQ1 (easy = not developing a VST plugin myself) i stumbled on Spectrasonic Omnisphere by chance. A friend of a friend own it, and when we meet in a little studio i had the chance to see him working with the VST, and i was impressed.
For a lot of reasons it could be the the right tool for my purpose, so i planned a session with that guy just to see if i can make ONE patch from my SQ1 working on Omnisphere before buying it (the VST is WAY beyond what i was willing to pay, but if all goes well i may change my mind).
As i just have an handful of hours to try it (i don't want to hassle that guy more than this) i need to know a bit what i should do and what i can have ready before.

What i have
The Ensoniq SQ1 sound is based on PCM ROM waves, divided in normal samples and "transwaves" which are single cycle Wavetables:

Now, i've dumped the samples from the ROM chips, so i have a bunch of weird tuned 44100Khz tiny "raw" wav file.
As MAME is somewhat emulating the Synth, i also saved the MAME generated sound,
so i have all the sample perfectly C4 tuned but on a weird samplerate (around 22Khz, but it is not an even number, and not half of 44100).
All of that samples requires that i set and save loop points in them, which is not a problem but i'll only do it on the "required" set of sample, not on all of them.

The questions
What's the best way to emulate a ROMpler synth with Omnisphere? How could i start to build my "SQ1 Soundbank"?
Should i use the RAW samples, or the "MAME Processed" ones? How to build a custom Wavetable soundsuorce?

Thanks.
