Here's a question for you T1 experts out there:
Let's say you render an audio track with VST effects to a new track in T1. You are taking this approach so you don't lose the ability to adjust the track volume during mixdown the way you would if you did a "freeze".
At this point, is there a simple way to disable the original track (with the VST FX) "all at once" to save CPU, or would you need to individually disable all the VST Plugs / mute the track as separate steps?
Thanks for your help!
Can you "archive" a T1 track without freezing/rend

Muting the track will disable all VST on it. When I do this, if I know I'm not going to be using the track for a while, I mute and then shrink it down, tucking it away at the bottom of my edit.
Currently, if you try to do any global resizing ("fit all tracks to screen") your shrunken track will join them; however, this is a small price to pay.
