Lost Midi

I'm having problems in Tracktion with my midi in/out.

I recently installed the Korg Legacy demo as a stand--a-lone and used the driver for my Terratec 24/96 soundcard.
The midi is working fine with the demo but now none of my VSTi's play from my keyboard in Tracktion.
I have checked my settings on the settings page and everything is good.

I checked my settings in My Computer control panel and everything is working there, I even ran troubleshoot and it comes up fine.

I cancelled the Terratec settings on the Korg and replaced it with Direct and still no midi in Tracktion.

I spent three frustrating hours last night trying to track down the problem, does anyone know what could be the problem?

I NEED my midi, HELP!!!

Here is potentially the issue:

I have this issue sometimes when I try to use sfz VSTi after using other memory/CPU hogs.

If I try to load up a big soundfont into sfz, then it sometimes burps back at me saying that there is not enough free memory to load the sf.

Well, what happens sometimes after that is that all other VSTi that I have in the project also will no longer output anything.

I have to exit Tracktion, and then use a memory washer program to unload some of the TSR effect that SFZ or the other VSTi seem to have.

Then, I go back into T, and all is o.k., though I can't use sfz on that big font.

I just need to buy more RAM, I think.

Something else that it seems to do:

It will clear out the list of presets for Final Mix (which I'm now totally dependent on).
