Hello,
I'm having issues with the save preset button in Zebra/Zebra HZ, Diva, and Hive 2 (all 12092 build) where it will not do anything when pressed. I'm using Cubase 12.0.60 and VE Pro (whatever the latest version is) in Windows 11. Both Cubase and VE Pro have this issue. Sometimes I can get he save button to respond if I open/close the plugin window a lot, or switch applications momentarily, or browse around in the GUI itself. But this is all random. I can't reproduce any of this every time.
Also, I switched to Windows from Mac not too long ago and I'm unsure if there's something in the OS causing this rather than the synths.
Thank you for the help.

During the initial preset scan after you load the plugin, preset saving is disabled.
Check the preset scan progress bar on the preset browser page. Once the scan has completed, you can save presets.
On Windows, preset scanning can take much longer than on Mac, due to Windows Defender slowing it down extremely.

Thank you for the quick reply. I will see if this preset scanning thing does the trick. I know there's the option in settings to turn it off.tasmaniandevil wrote: Tue Jun 20, 2023 4:27 pm During the initial preset scan after you load the plugin, preset saving is disabled.

Just a tip, to speed up the preset scan, you can exclude the plugin's data folders from Windows Defender scans.
