Edit: sorry, my fault. Not all plugins do support sidechaining. I was sure VocalizePro does support it.
All infos I get for sidechaining within v12 is that there is a small menu in the plugin on the top left - or should be but not in my version (12.5.5). Either there is no sidechaining in the free version or there is but I´m doing wrong.
Can anyone please help a waveform newbie? I´m stucked.
How to sidechain in Waveform 12 Free?

I'm unsure if the Free version of Waveform 12 supports sidechaining, it could however just not be exposed for some reason.
You could try right click on Vocalizerpro in the track area and choose ' wrap this plugin in a new rack plugin ' , then open that rack and see if you have any extra inputs which could be the sidechain input/s
If you do, then just add the track ( + sign to the left side ) and choose the source track for your sidechain .

Other plugins like the stock compressor have the sidechain option. So it supports that in general.
I tried wrapping the plugin but there aren´t any more options for sidechaining. However it seems that the support for Monterey is not given although it started. The support says it´s not supported. Shame on them they didn´t mentioned the requirements/OS-limitations on the sale website. Shame on me I didn´t check it before purchasing. Lessons learned.
