Midi Typing Doesn't Work For Semicolon, Apostrophe and Non-English Letters

It basically doesn't work. I press the buttons on keyboard and the midi typing thingy does not detect them. I tried it with CapsLock on and CapsLock off, it still doesn't work. If I put a letter instead of those characters I've mentioned, it works. It's weird that the semicolon doesn't work since I think it was there by default.

I'm on Windows 10, using Waveform PRO (demo trial) 12.5
