Is there way to automate ModWheel / PitchBend in Zebra
In Ableton Live most automation comes to automation lanes but modwheel/pitch bend are in clip envelopes. This is inconvenient/confusing in multiple situations where you would prefer all automations / modulations be in same place on automation lanes.
In many synths (such as Sylenth, Serum, Discovery Pro) this can be done by pressing "Configure" button from Live plugin box and then moving modwheel or pitchbend in plugin UI and modwheel/pitchbend appear in Live plugin box and can be automated.
I have not yet found a way to do this in Zebra.

Those are MIDI messages.
(Automation is not a good idea here. It invites conflict - there would be two concurrent ways to do the same thing, and certainly many people would face unexpected situations when they accidentally send both. Furthermore Automation is commonly not sample accurate and usually needs to be smoothed more than MIDI messages, such that MIDI messages are a lot better suited for realtime modulation)
While I do understand that what you wish to accomplish might not possible in your host - I do not have much experience with Live -, it is my stance that this is a limitation of the host itself. Most DAWs I have used do not have such issue, one can just draw MIDI like any other automation.
However, as a way around it, one can set up Zebra's XY controls to do whatever Pitchbend and ModWheel do, and those are automatable.

It's fairly easy to do this in Live to, just needs to be done from the piano roll.
