Not a BUG :) MuDrum - Drag n Drop cable to rack

I opened MuDrum in a fairly new project. Selected the 909 kit and tried to move the cable routing to a new Rack so as to separate the Snare and Clap sounds. But for some reason I can't move the cables. Is it because this is the factory preset? How do I use this as a template for expanding it to 16 pads?

Anyway, the bug came when I tried dragging the cable and wherever I try to drop it, I get the 'can't do that' cursor, ya know the red circle with line through it. Except when hovering a rack, which then proceeds to delete the preset or something like that.

I'm using the latest M9.2.11. Is it a bug or something else?

I understand the confusion. In the MuDrum front panel the cables cannot be dragged by draaging the cable, but you have to click the output jack of a pad and drag it to the rack you want to connect it to.

About expanding it to 16 pads: The Drum Note Processor, which is an essential module of MuDrum, is currently fixed to 12 pads, but it's on the wishlist to make that editable.

Of course! It's just after using Mux so much, I'd forgotten the difference! Thanks for clarifying :tu:

But surely it shouldn't delete the content of the preset by dropping the cable onto a rack?

Oh sorry, I thought that had been done. You've done so much work on MuLab recently, it's hard to keep up with what's been done
