AAX silicon support for Diva and other uhe plugins

Check out Filterscape, which we're currently beta testing. It's got AAX on Apple Silicon.

We hope to get quite a bit of feedback on it so we can make moves to publish Diva etc. with AAX support for Apple Silicon.
