Hello all,
I am a longtime Tracktion T7 user that just recently made the switch to Waveform 11. So far, my experience has been mostly positive with the workflow for mixing, but I have been having significant problems with recording into the DAW. There is a significant delay between when I play my guitar and when I hear it echoed back through the DAW; such a problem did not exist when I was using T7.
The problem is not with the latency of my audio interface (which is an M-Audio MobilePre unit, very outdated unfortunately but still functional) as I did not have any issues with latency for live input monitoring before switching. I have tried low-latency mode. I have tried changing my audio buffer size and my sample rate. I am running on ASIO and have tried using the time adjust feature to no avail.
I need to be able to hear the effects I have set up in the DAW as I am working with STL tones' Amphub and other plugins. The latency is unaffected by whether or not I have plugins enabled so I know that is not the issue. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could fix this?

Details, please. You say it's not the audio buffer size, but you don't say what the audio buffer size is. Can you provide a screen capture of the Settings->Audio Devices page? Have you tried listening in an Edit with zero plugins (not just disabled plugins)?
Surely there must be consensus by now...
