Put it directly in front of another sound source or in a different lane with its input pointed at a sound source.smadger wrote: Sun Oct 08, 2023 10:37 pm Loading the OscillatorSync module doesn't map an output to anything
It outputs to whatever lane it's on.
It's pretty wild on granular stuff.

I can't figure how to use this module well. Could you post an example of how you use it with granular stuff?

For classic oscillator sync make a normal oscillator and then put the oscillator directly after it in the same column. Then modulate the pitch of the oscillator sync module.
The oscillator will work for any sound source you put before it. Sampler, granular, FM etc.
Alternatively put the oscillator sync in a different column and set its input to whatever column you want to sync from. This way you can adjust the level of the synced oscillator independently,

Here's a granular oscillator going into the sync with a filter after it going back into a mixer to mix with the original granular signal
The envelope is modulating the sync oscillator's pitch.

Is this similar to what you had in mind?kraster wrote: Tue Oct 10, 2023 6:35 pm Here's a granular oscillator going into the sync with a filter after it going back into a mixer to mix with the original granular signal

Here's my take on this idea. Great variety of sounds using different samples in the sampler. Try it with the Distant Memory sample in the Synthetic category - probably could use some reverb, too. Lots of potential here, thank you @kraster!
