Hi @urs,
Could you confirm (or deny) a possible co-lab with Isla Instruments new hardware synth called Caladan? The developer expressed his interest in getting Zebra or Diva running native on its hardware.
Any comments (or not)?

We currently do not have any resources for this.
If they can run headless CLAP plug-ins on a viable ARM core (featuring NEON vector extensions), I won't mind giving it a try at some point.

Thanks Urs, I forwarded your response (and started praying & contemplating about a suitable sacrifice to the hardware gods)

Please do not get your hopes up.
There's a good chance that running on such a platform requires complex code changes, and then it's never gonna happen.
We have turned down dozens of similar projects simply because at the end of the day, we have to earn the money to pay our employees' salaries. If there is development worth tens of thousands of bucks involved (say, more than a month or two of work), and if the potential market is, say, 5% of a few thousand units, then it's simply not viable.

I get that. Hopefully it would be easy enough but more broadly I would love to run VSTs away from the DAW in future.
I was always surprised u-he never made their own hardware synth given their popularity and profile maybe this could be a decent solution or a first step toward that.
