I usually get them back immediately after I put my email in. You may want to check that you put the correct email in. Also, try it again. There’s no harm.

Where can I check what email is registered with U-he? It maybe my old one from when I lived in South Africa 4 years ago. The U-he site seems to have reduced the ability for users to access their personal info. Appreciate the help. Thx. Keith

You will need to have access to the inbox of that old email. If it is the old one that is registered, it will be getting your serial numbers. You may need to open a help ticket to solve this, and update your account with your new email.

There are no user accounts, as all you need is the My Licenses form.
Input your registered email address, and a few minutes later you'll receive a mail containing the license details for all products associated with this email address, and download links for all soundsets you might have purchased.
