I have it successfully running on Logic 10.7.9 under Rosetta and Sonoma 14.0.
My only suggestion would be to go to the Amazona.de site and make sure you have the latest: "MAC VERSION TYRELL N6 V3.0 64Bit – Catalina-ready" version and reinstall.

Thanks Weasel-Boy, I do have the 3.0 64bit Version. Rosetta is only needed for the M chip correct? I have an older intel I7. I have the "Catalina Ready Verison"

At this point the Tyrell AU version is so old that it really cannot officially support the newest macOS versions and the newest Logic versions anymore.
Apple often deprecates older code, resulting in broken plugins.
Every major macOS update is a guessing game of "will the plugins still work, or will some functions be broken".
For some Logic users this results in old plugins simply staying silent.
We might, at some point in the future, work on Tyrell again, adding support for modern OS versions and CPUs, but I cannot say when this will happen.

Hi Tas, OK. I'll post my versions here for others, in case that may help.
MAC OS 12.6.9 on an i7 Chip
LOGIC 10.7.9
Logic says that AU is Validated.
No sound from Tyrell Plugin.
Thank you for the info-

UPDATE: I tried opening Tyrell in Mainstage and it works.
Mainstage is V 3.6.4
Tas, based on what you have said, sounds like Logic might be the issue.
If anyone has Tyrell working in Logic 10.7.9 please let me know.

I'll put this thread rest. Tyrell is working in Mainstage. I feel like there is a way to getting it working in my version of Logic. I'll post if I figure it out.

@Jcazmusic, I created an account just to answer this thread lol!
From what I can tell, the installer only creates/embeds a VST, not a VST3. I could get Tynell working in other DAWs, like Maschine 2, but not as a software instrument in Logic Pro (it would bring up the interface, but no output).
The workaround: IF you have another player you can call up within Logic Pro (for example, I used Native Instruments' Komplete Kontrol), you can now bring up TynellN6 as a VST within the player. For me, the sound now works! I don't know what else would work, but I think Komplete Kontrol is free from NI.
Hope this helps, as I couldn't find any solutions despite lots of googling!
Cheers
