Input audio device settings problem

I need to set the input and output devices and I would like to select the sound card as input and the USB speakers of my Raspberry Pi as output, but when I view the input devices, I see the sound card repeated several times and I don't understand which one I should choose, you can explain to me?

I don't think you can use different devices for input and output. Maybe if you have some extra software that consolidates devices at the driver level, but I don't know anything about Raspberry Pi.
Surely there must be consensus by now...
