Very strangely, after working on a project for a whole day it has simply disappeared from my Waveform Free. It doesn't appear anywhere on the interface, but older projects are there.
I still have backups saved on both my laptop and on an external drive of the missing project but when I try to open it from Waveform they are simply not there. It doesn't "see" these files.
If I click on the files on my laptop and external drive nothing happens.
Help!!
Project has disappeared - cannot load saved project

Do you know where the project was on your disk? If so you can use Open Project on the Projects tab to make it appear in the projects list.

Yeah, what's not obvious is that EACH project allows you specify where to save, and subsequent edits default to a folder in that tree/disk space.

None of this will work if such a failure occurs. I say this from personal experience. Over the 5 years of using TW, this happened in version 12.5. But, for the sake of fairness, it must be said: it happened once. It was a disappointment. But that means we need to do even better
