I am often a bit confused about which Melda Plugins I don't own might still offer me some value.
I think it would be useful and "marketable" if there were more clear upgrade paths, that also layed out how different similar plugins might be comparable.
Many plugins come with lite or "elements" versions, that indicate clearly, that they are the limited version of something bigger and then there's a clear upgrade path to the full version. And once you have the full version it's usually clear: you'll never need the lite version again.

Let's look at this with Melda's EQs
Do I ever need MEqualizer, when I own MAutoEqualizer?
Do I need those if I have MAutoDanymicEQ?
What about MEqualizerLP? MFreeformEQ

I think it would be nice if there was a "fully featured EQ" that can do everything
And then there might be a website showing all the EQs and what new features you can expect with the higher priced versions. Does that make sense?
This is not fully fleshed out, I know ... - would love to hear other people's experience and opinions on this :)

Probably it would make sense to create a fully featured eq, but there is an issue. What about the current eq's?
I mean they have to continue to provide updates, cause of backward compatibility and such, so it would just be another eq on top.

I agree with you, but it should be done from the beginning, right now would just mess up things, for close to no reason, i mean, i certainly have lots of MStuff that i don't use for the samish reason, but i created a folder where i put what i use and forget about the others, and btw i'm even used to digit the plugin i need even without looking in the folder.

Same is for other stuff, i think it may be more painful to rethink everything than learn what's the best for you and use it.

ALTHOUGH, i think there is a solution, but i'm not a software developer, so i don't know if this may be fantasy, or just hard work to do.

The solution may be to create the MThing that is capable of everything, that load instead the other plugins in older projects.
So if you had MADEQ, ME, MELP and so, it will just load MSuperEq instead. If this is possible, may be the solution, but i think doing a such job would give to Vojtech an heart stroke, and we don't want that :p

Anyway i'm curious to know their thoughts on that
