FR: Audio Device Configuration Save

I use my mac to record in my studio with a RME audio interface and to record live shows with my Mackie Digital Mixer.
The thing is that I have to reconfigure all the channels every time I switch the audio device.
It would be great to be able to save and recall audio device profiles to avoid this inconvenience.

Unfortunately this is no longer a developer-run forum. They might lurk here from time to time but seemingly no longer solicit suggestions. I wish I were wrong.
