I lost half of the tracks in my edit

I was making an edit and my application crashed. I opened up the temporary file and half my tracks were gone. I'm trying to find a way to restore them. Is there any way to fix this?

Did you search if the function for Automatic Backups was activated and has created any backup already? Then the Backups should appear in the Projects Tab, activating in the very right top "view options" the "view as a single list". You would find the Backups listed, if any are preent, in the Backup paragraph (appearing as a drop down menu alike appearing) listing of available Backups.
