Godin Duet Ambiance mic sound

I have a pretty specific question. I love the sound of Godin's Duet Ambiance nylon guitar. The website reads it's got 4 mic settings. I'm wondering if it's possible to replicate those sounds somehow on a different guitar?

Is it using impulse responses? Is it something else?

Also, I noticed the guitar has one piezo pickup bar, and many bridge manufacturers have hexaphonic piezo pickup. What's the difference between the two?

Hex just means six it's just two different names though hexaphonic pups are more common in pitch to voltage in midi pickups.
