Stretch option for GUI on iPad in Turnado

Hi!

I love Turnado on Ipad, but I wish there were different Zoom options, not just the double-tap to zoom.
I understand that the GUI would look grainy if stretched across the whole display, but I wouldn't mind it. In my opinion, that would beat looking at the GUI through a small window on my tablet.

Classic Pixel Art games face the same issue on modern displays and often present the user with different scaling options, which would be a great solution until Turnado can be updated to something like Vector graphics.

At the moment, editing patches on an iPad unfortunately feels absolutely archaic.
