Cannot unlock free version on Linux

I've installed Waveform 12 on my manjaro linux system but i cannot unlock it. I have logged in but all the licences (including free) say 'Locked'.

Going to 'About' -> 'Unlock' does nothing.

Any one else had this issue? How would I unlock waveform 12 free on linux? thanks

I do, thanks. Guess that's not the issue.

Running from the terminal shows no error message either. Is there a file I can write a license number to or anything else?
