I have a suggestions for a new Blue Cat product:
A synth where you can load a third party plugin anywhere in the chain of the synth.
I know that you can do a lot with Patchwork, but i'm talking about loading plugins literally inside the internal routing of the synth. So after the oscillator, but before voice stacking or FM modulation for example.
I think that would be unique, and that's kinda what we need, new sounds..... recently i don't see many new ideas in synth design, it's mostly about better interfaces, which is cool, but i'm more interested in fresh sounds.
Just a thought!

We have not released any synth yet, but yes, that's indeed probably something that we would investigate if going into it! Although there are a couple of technical challenges for non monophonic synths!

Cherry Audio Voltage Modular Core has a plugin host module where you can insert 3rd party vst inside a synth. Only tried ot with Solaris and liked it.
