I haven't tried this plugin yet, so don't really have my head around the signal path, but if you need an inverted polarity of a tracks contents you can insert a volume and pan plugin, invert the polarity. Follow that with a send. Add another volume and pan and invert the polarity, so now the track is back to original polarity.
Add a return to a second track, this will be the inverted polarity and should null with the original track. To avoid the null you would need to reduce the second tracks volume to zero, but you may still be able to side chain off this second track. This will avoid having to duplicate track 1 every time you make a change (which if I guess right, your workaround might require)
Like I said, I haven't played with this plugin yet so don't know if this will work. The plugin looks really cool though, like a Soothe with way more flexibility and room for experimentation.
